Take Both the flours in a big bowl
Add carom seeds, red chilli powder and salt and mix everything. - 2
Add warm water little by little and knead a little stiff and smooth dough
Let it rest for 10 minutes
Knead again - 3
Now Pinch little dough and roll in your palms maki a smooth ball
Dust little flour on your kitchen counter and roll the ball with a rolling pin same as you make any other roti.

Wheat flour in it will help in rolling it
Place it on hot tawa and cook from both the sides.
Lastly cook directly on the flame holding roti with a tong - 5
Remove when done
Apply ghee generously and serve with saag and little butter on the top
