Ingredients

  • 4leg piece chicken
  • 2 tbspvinegar/ lemon juice
  • 1/2 tspGreen Cardamom powder
  • 1/2 tspblack salt
  • 1 tsppaprika powder
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tbspcumin powder
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • 1/2 tspNutmeg and Mace powder
  • 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  • 1/2 tspginger powder
  • 1egg

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl, put all the spices inthe bowl and mix all the powder well. After mixing let it aside.

  2. 2

    Take the chicken piece, make cuts on them add vinegar. Apply all the powdered spices which were mixed on the chicken pieces properly.

  3. 3

    For steam, take a pan, add marignated chicken in tha pan add half cup of water to let them steam. Firstly flame should be high and then to medium to low cook. Cover it for 10-15minutes. It will half cooked. After a bubble shows, let it cook for 15minutes. Chicken has steamed off the flame.

  4. 4

    Take a egg and mix it uniformily,to prepare coating. Take a chicken piece dip it in the egg and coat it. Let the all others in a same manner.

  5. 5

    Take a pan, put oil, let the oil warm. After that fry the chicken pieces inthe pan on medium flame. Colour will be golden brown it takes 5 to 7minutes. Dishout them. Enjoy the meal
