Heat pan add sliced onion, cashews 1 tbsp water boil for 2 minutes then cool down and grind into a smooth paste.

Now heat oil/ butter in a pan add cardamoms, cloves, bayleaf saute for a minute. Add onion, cashew paste stir well.

Now add ginger+garlic paste saute for minutes.

Now add tomato puree, all spices mix well stir for 5-6 minutes.

Now add fresh cream/ milk mix well cook for 6-7 minutes.

Now take a small nonstick pan add little oil roast Paneer cubes/ heart shape paneer pieces for both sides.

Add crushed fenugreek leaves, green chili into the gravy add roasted paneer mix well cook for 5 minutes.

Ready to eat, garnish with onion or tomato rings enjoy Paneer Lajawab naan, chapati, paratha..
