Steps

Wash and peel lotus root. Cut thinly slice and soak in water with vinegar. To avoid change it colour

Marinate minced pork with oyster sauce, flour, white pepper and egg white for 15 mins

Remove lotus root from water, pat and dry

Take pork and spread on one side of the root. Then take the other one and pressed them together until the pork are all inserted in its hole.

Prepare steamer and put water and let it boil. Steam it for 12 mins until 15 mins
