Besan brinjal fritters

First wash the brinjal and cut into half. Then cut into thin sliced. Soak into water.

In a mixing bowl take besan and add rice flour and all the above spices and salt. Mix well then add water to make a semi-thin smooth batter.

Now in a kadhai heat the oil on high flame and take 2 tsp oil and add into besan batter dip the brinjal into the batter and put into hot oil and fry all the brinjal slices on high flame untill it turns golden and crispy.serve hot with Your favourite sauce or chutney.
