Chicken fried rice and Zeera rice fused together to create an awesome combo. An extremely delicious and perfect dish for any parties. It's a lovely fried rice with Chicken as the main ingredient with a lovely twist of Zeera (Cumin) being added by me, thereby taking it to an altogether different level. A sumptuous treat to all the non-veg lovers out there. The heavenly smell of Cumin in this rice makes it an amazing treat for everyone and is a perfect lunchtime meal or an excellent dinner idea as well. Veggies can be omitted if desired and only Chicken and Cumin along with the spices can be used. It has an Indian touch to it thus making it an innovative alternative to the famous Fried Rice recipe.

In a pan, heat oil, then add the onions and minced ginger garlic and saute for a minute. Once it's done, add in all the veggies, green chillies, chicken, plus all the spices and stir fry for a while. Then cover with a lid and let it simmer on a low heat for 20-22 minutes. Veggies can be excluded totally.

Meanwhile, in a cooking pot, add Oil. To this, add in the cumin seeds and bay leaves, you can also add other whole masalas such as cinnamon, black peppercorns

For this you can either use freshly cooked Rice or leftovers. If making fresh Rice, do it accordingly. Add this Rice to the cooked Chicken and give it all a good mix but very gently. Garnish with Coriander and Mint Leaves chopped. Simmer for at least 15 more minutes. This piping hot awesome fusion can be served with any Indian side dish with gravy, Chicken Manchurian or any Chinese side dish as well.
