Ingredients

1and half liter full cream milk
Halfpacket of vermicelli (sawaiyan)
10 tbspsugar
1 cupDry fruits
Few cardamom
Kewra water (optional)

Steps

Boil milk with cardamom

In a separate pan dry roast sawaiyan

Then add sugar in the milk when the sugar dissolved add roasted sawaiyan

Cook it for 10 minutes in low flame

Add some dry fruits while cooking it and leave some for garnishing

Then refrigerate it and serve chilled
