Take Tomatoes, Slit them from center, Add tomatoes, bedki chillies whole and Garlic in a bowl.

Add 1/2 cup water and cook in microwave for 2-3 minutes.

Once done mash it a little, cool and grind it.

In a pan add oil, add chopped onions and cook till light brown in colour.

Add the puree and mix well.

Add salt, sugar and vinegar, mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Cool, remove in an air tight container and refrigerate once cool.

Can be used for paste, noodles, rice too.
