Ingredients

  1. 500 gramschicken
  2. 5 tbspspy sauce
  3. 4 tbspvinegar
  4. 1/4 cupwater
  5. 4tbps sarsa mang tomas (or any lechon sauce)
  6. 6gloves minced garlic
  7. 1garlic bulb, sliced into half
  8. 3bay leaves
  9. Dashpepper
  10. hard boiled eggs or quail eggs

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Marinate chicken with soy sauce and vinegar for atleast 30mins.

  2. 2

    Brown minced garlic in a pan, until toasted. Set aside.

  3. 3

    In the same pan pour chicken with marinade.

  4. 4

    Add water, pepper, bulb of garlic and laurel leaf. Bring to a boil

  5. 5

    Add sarsa ni mang tomas and hard boiled eggs.
