Steps

Place a frying pan on stove add ghee and heat it
Now fry the pistachios, cashews, chirongi and almonds till golden. - 2
Take them out and keep in a plate
Now in the same pan add cardamom,in the ghee and vermicelli and roast it till golden brown.

On the other hand Boil milk in a heavy-bottomed pan
Now add hot milk to the vermicelli pan and stir.

Let it cook about 5-7 minutes on low flame
Now add condensed milk and stir. - 5
Add the fried dry fruits leaving a few for garnish
Now add raisins too.
And let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes. - 6
Towards the end add rose water
Remove from the flame. - 7
Transfer to the serving dish.

Garnish with the dry fruits kept aside.

Keep in the fridge about 2 hours before serving
Now ready to serve and relish.
