Take a bowl add flour, maida, ajwain, salt, oil combine mix well.

Add water little by little and make dough. Kneeded minimum for 5 min.

Dough will be little hard.

Make small size balls,like a lemon.

Apply oil to dough ball,roll neither too thin nor thick poor.

Heat oil in a deep frying pan, add one poori and press with the spoon to puff up.

Fry the poori till golden brown all over.

Remove poori into the kitchen paper to remove excess oil.

Serve it with your favorite baaji.
