This is a healthy option of whole wheat flour roti for summer's. As in summer's many of us not want to eat roti so hear is the solution. Sattu acts as a coolant, so this roti cools the stomach and prevents indigestion.
Steps

Mix sattu and aata in a bowl. Add salt and ghee, mix well. Gradually add water and make a soft dough. Rest for a while.

Make lemon sized balls of this dough. Roll like a thin chapati and place on heated tawa. Cook in both sides then cook it on direct flame with help of tong.

Apply ghee on roti and serve. Serve hot with dal and sabji.
