  1. 2 bowlsbolied rice
  2. 1/4 tbspchana dal
  3. 1/4 tbspurad dal
  4. 2 tbspgroundnuts
  5. 1 pinchhing
  6. 1 pinchturmeric
  7. 2 tbsplemon juice
  8. As per taste Salt
  9. 1Red chilli
  10. 1 tbspoil
  11. Handful Curry leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Gather all ingredients.

    Heat a pan add oil in it, put chana dal and urad dal, roast it 2min, now,add around nuts, musterd seed and red chilli, cook it, now add curry leves and turmeric and salt and at last add boil rice mix well.

    Off the flame and add lemon juice in it serve hot enjoy
