  • 1 tspudad dal
  • 2 tspgroundnuts
  • As requiredOil
  • Few curry leaves
  • to tasteSalt
  • 5Green chillies
  • 2Lemon
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder

    Prepare rice and keep aside. Take a pan add oil and all other ingredients.

    Once this is mix well, add rice and stir it well.Lemon rice is ready.Serve hot
