Steps

Soak 1 cup sabudana for 2 hours.

Add red chilli powder, salt, peanut powder and mashed potatoes to the sabudana and mix well.

Add a little water if required to bind the mixture.

Take small amount and give it the shape of vada with your palms.

Deep fry the vadas on medium flame.

Tasty and crispy sabudana vadas are ready!
