Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup- Gram Flour
  • 1nos - Onion(chopped)
  • 5-6- Garlic Pod
  • 2 tbs- Oil
  • 1/2 tsp- Asafetida
  • 1 tsp- Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tsp- Carrom Seeds
  • 1 tsp- Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp- Red Chilli Powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 glasswater

Steps

  1. 1

    Take gram flour in pot, add salt, turmeric powder, and red chilli powder. Add some water and make a batter.

    Heat oil in a pan, add asafetida, carrom seeds, and cumin seeds.

    As these start crackling, add chopped onion, and garlic. Cook till golden brown.

    Now add batter, and remaining water, cook it till slightly thicknend.
