Knead the dough keep aside for fermentation over night.

Soaked kabuli chanaovernight. Put those soaked chanain to pressure cooker And boil it.

Take mixture grinder put onion and tomato grind it to a fine paste. Take a kadhai add little oil heat it. Put cumin seeds then add tomato onion paste.

Add ginger garlic paste mix it well cooked well also add all mixed spices mix and roast well.

Add boiled chole and water mix well and allow to boiling then add chanamasala mix it again with light hands. Switched off the gas.

Take another kadai pour with oil and heat it Knead the bhatura dough again make the small small ball.

Roll the round shape Puri and deep fry it.(golden brown) take a plate put chole bowl and bhatura on it serve hot with onion. Taste is yummy 😋
