Soak the urad dal in water when you it is done grind it...and add the ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, pepper powder (keep some for curd)...

Now heat oil in a kadhai and make pakodis from the grinded dal...

When they turn golden brown take them out and soak them in curd...add some water to make the consistency of the curd thin...

Now add the rest of the pepper powder, black salt and salt and mix...

Tasty dahi vada is ready to serve...
