Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 cupcoconut
  • 1/2 inchgrated ginger
  • 2 tbsproasted chana
  • Bunchcoriander leaves
  • 1green chilli
  • As per taste salt
  • As neededwater for grinding
  • Tempering:
  • 1 tspoil
  • 1 tspmustard seeds
  • 1dry red chilli
  • 4-5Curry leaves (i didn't had it but do use it)

Steps

  1. 1

    In a mixer jar add coconut, grated ginger

    Coriander leaves, green chilli, chana, salt and water

    Grind it into paste and transfer in bowl.. For tempering heat oil add mustard seeds let it splutter then add dry red chilli and transfer above the chutney and serve
