Peel and chop potatoes cube sized

In mixer take grated coconut and tomato.grind it to smooth paste.

Heat Pan and add oil to it.add chopped onion.saute till light brown.

Now add tomato and coconut paste to it.saute for five minutes. Now add boiled and chopped potatoes.add red chilli powder and garam masala to it.

Mix well add jaggery.it's optional.if you don't like don't put.

Add salt and turmeric powder to it.give nice boil to it and add fresh cream too.serve with hot rice along with cool buttermilk.it's Maharashtrian people's hot favorite.In lockdown not getting vegetables so this one is best option.

Bharvan mirchi is also favorite and easy.
