Ingredients

20-30minutes
2 persons
  • 500 mlfull cream milk
  • 10-15almonds/ badam(soaked in water 5-6 hrs)
  • 1 tspwalnuts (soaked in water)
  • 2 tbspsugar
  • 1/4 tspcardamom powder
  • 4-5saffron threads

Steps

20-30minutes
  1. 1

    Peel off the skin of almond.Add the almonds,walnuts,1 tbsp milk and cardamom powder into the blender. Make a fine paste.

  2. 2

    Now in a pan boil the milk stirring occasionally in medium flame.

  3. 3

    Now add the badam paste sugar and saffron threads in milk. Boil it till it become little thick.switch off the flame.

  4. 4

    Garnish with chopped badam. Serve Hot or Cold.
