Ingredients

  • 1 bunchblanched Spinach (palak)
  • 1 cupboiled peas
  • 1boiled capsicum
  • 5Green chillis
  • 1 inchginger
  • 5Garlic cloves
  • 1 cupfresh coriander leaves
  • 3boiled Potato
  • 4 slicebread
  • 1 tbspncorn flour
  • 1 tbspnamchur powder
  • 1 tbspngaram masala
  • 2 tbspnbread crumbs
  • 1 cupbread crumbs to coat
  • 5-6cashew nuts
  • to tasteSalt
  • as requiredOil to fry

  1. 1

    In a grinder add blanched palak, peas, capsicum, coriander leaves, ginger, garlic and green chillies. Grind it to a fine paste do not add much water.

    To this paste add boiled potatoes, bread slice, amchur powder, garam masala, bread crumbs, corn flour and salt.

    Relish it !!!

    Make tikki shaped kebabs out of the mixture and coat it with breadcrumbs. Press 1 cashew nut on top of the kebab. And shallow fry it
