First of all, wash mutton keema and add all the above-mentioned ingredients

Now mix well and grind it in mixer jar.

Take some portion and shape like a long kabab. Heat some oil or butter on a pan or you can use grill pan. Grill the kababs on medium flame.

By flipping sides, roast well now heat a charcoal on flame and add 1/2 tsp butter on it and put in pan and cover it for 15 minutes.
