Preheat over to 205 degrees Celsius with a rack in the middle

Combine milk, water, oil and salt in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium high heat

Pour boiled milk mixture into flour and mix well until it becomes a white and sticky fondant texture. This can be started with a mixer but it is easier to finish this step by hand.

Add the eggs one by one and mix into the dough. This is also easier finished by hand.

Once incorporated, Add cheese little at a time and incorporate into the dough.

Wet your hands and shape the dough into balls slightly smaller than a golf ball. A way to do this is to take dough in your fiat and squeeze out by closing the fist.

Place the balls on a baking tray covered with greased parchment paper.

Bake for 20 mins approx in a pre heated oven. They should be golden brown on the outside and puffed.
