  • 3/4 cupOlpers milk
  • 1/4 cupwater
  • 1 tsptea
  • 1 tspsugar
  • Pinchcinimon powder

  1. 1

    In Saucepan add water, tea and sugar. Let the water simmer.

  2. 2

    Add milk once it simmers and changes colour.

  3. 3

    Now add cinimon powder and boiled it. After two boiled strains it in cup.

  4. 4

    Take a cup, sit near the window and take a sip. Relax.
