1/4 cupChilled milk
1/8 tspEalichi powder
as requiredIce cubes
as requiredChopped pista & cashew for garnish
1 + ½ tbspSugar
1 tbspFresh malai

Take a jar and add curd,sugar,milk.

Ice cube, elaichi powder and blend it.

Put ice cube in serving glass. Pour lassi in to the glass. Put fresh malai.

Garnish with chopped pista & cashew.Serve chilled.
