Kadai soya chunks

Roast all dry ingredients. Let it cool and then grind it. Boil water and immerse soya chunks in hot water. After 10 minutes squeeze out of the water. Heat oil add onion cubs, capsicum one by one and sauté for a minute. Keep aside.

In the same pan fry soya chunks till it golden brown. Keep aside. Now in same pan add ginger garlic saute for a minute and add chopped onion stir it and add tomatoes. Now cool it and make a paste in a jar.

After this take a pan and add paste.saute it and mix salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, saute for a minute and add diced onion, capsicum mix well. Now add soya chunks. Add 1 tbsp ground masala. Mix well.
