Steps

Take a pan, heat oil and add ginger,garlic paste sauté it fir 2 minutes then add motton keema fry it till it’s colour will be change.

Now add tamatoes and cook the mince. Cover it until it becomes tender completely.

Now cut and wash the bindy and fry it on oil till it's colour is lightly change,take out the bindi and strain it

Now add the onions and fry it becomes light golden take out on plate.

Now add bindi and onions in keema add green chilli and Corriender and cover it (dam) for 10 minutes.

Now bindi becomes ready after 10 minutes eat with chapati and tandori roti, enjoy it.
