Soyabean kofte in Indian style

First grend the all the soyabean,then add ginger garlic paste.Now mashed with warm water potatoes in a grind paste.

Add gram flour and mix.Now make a small size balls and deep fry.

Take a cooker add oil and heat & add cumin seeds chopped onion light brown cool it and then add ginger garlic paste and mix it.

Then add blend tomato and 10 minutes cook it then add salt,red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder,hing,garam masala and mix it now add fresh cream all ingredients mix it well.

Then gravy is ready and add soyabean kofte and coriander leaves.

Serve it hot.
