Boil water and add washed rice. Close pot and cook

Fry palm oil with onions. Add the tomatoes mix and a pinch of potash / baking powder. When the liquid is almost dried up, add in spices and seasoning. Add in stock. Fry for 5mins or more until liquid is dried up
