Whip the condensed milk unti it's soft and slightly stiff. Do not over whip

Add in condensed milk and whip again for 1 minute. Do not over whip

Add in the chocolate essence and whip briefly.

Add in the chocolate flakes and fold in using a spoon until evenly mixed. Refrigerate overnight or not less than eight hours. Ensure it's firm and frozen.

Needless to say, it's best served cold 😅
