Heat oil in a pressure cooker add bay leaf, cumin seeds, cinnamon stick fry for a second. Add ginger+ garlic paste saute for 1-2 minutes Add onion saute for 2-3 minutes.

Now add chopped tomato and all spices stir well cook for 3-4 minutes.

Add peeled eggs, salt fry for 2 minutes.

Now add rice and water cover and cook for 2-3 whistles.

Garnish and Serve Egg pulao with Raita.
