2 servings
  • 1gluten free pitta bread
  • 6plum tomatoes quartered
  • 1//2 cucumber sliced
  • 1/2small red onion diced
  • 40 gdairy free cheddar diced
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 2 tbspsapple cider vinegar
  • 2large handfuls of rocket

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 180 oC
    Tear the pitta into bite sized chunks
    Place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until crisp and golden
    Allow to cool
