Crispy chicken potato cutlets
Steps

Combine potatoes with salt, black pepper, white pepper, whole spice powder, garlic paste,soya sauce,lemon juice, green chillies,coriander and onion mix well.

In a small bowl,beat 2 eggs and set this aside.

Make cutlets, take some amount of potatoes mixture and place some chicken and cheese in the centre and cover with potatoes mixture again. Press from the sides,creating a shape of Patty. Use few drops of oil to orevent sticking.

Now dip cutlets in the egg, immediately coat with bread crumbs. Pat the cutlets well to bind the crumbs well. Dont forget to cover sides also.

Heat oil in a large pan or tawa on medium high heat. Shallow or deep fry the cutlets, 1 minute each aside or light golden brown colour on both sides.

Serve chicken cutlets hot with ketchup or green chutney.
