Clearly I love making pancakes. I find they are cost saving 'canvasses' for my flavour experiments. This one went all fruity. If you throw away your pineapple peels and fibrous core, aaah STOP! Boil them to produce awesome pineapple flavour free of charge! Then remember my herb elixir, yeah, tots awesome!

  • 2eggs
  • 2 cupswhite flour
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • Herb and Fruit elixir (recipe in profile)
  • 1/4 cuplemon juice
  • 2 teaspoonscinamon
  • to tasteSugar
  • Pinchsalt
  • Few drops apple cider vinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil your herb and fruit elixir using pineapple peels and spiced tea (recipe in profile)

    Cook like regular pancakes.
