First boil chanay ki daal in milk it should be dry

Then grind daal finely

Then add oil in the pot add cardamom fry it few seconds then add grinded daal in the oil and cook it for 15 minutes until it changes it's colour lil bit

Then add sugar and cook it in medium flame,sugar will release it's water you have to cook it until oil comes out from the corners

When oil comes out your halwa is ready to eat garnish it with your favorite nuts and enjoy
