Cut the parota into small pieces.

Take a pan, add oil and fry fennel seeds, curry leaves, green chillies.

Then add onions. Fry till it's changes to transparent.

Then add capsicums, and mix well. Then add the masala in it and stir well as the masala mix in it.

Then add tomato sauce in it and mix well. If required add sprinkle some water over it.

Then mix the chopped parota pieces in it and mix well. Sprinkle some coriander leaves over it and serve it hot.
