  2. Gingers 姜丝
  3. Spring Onion 青葱
  4. Light Soy Sauce 酱油
  5. Cooking Wine 料酒

    Grouper fish slide into pieces and arrange nicely for presentation purpose.

  2. 2

    Put into steamer to steam about 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add in spring onion and soy sauce and ready to be served.
