In a bowl add flour,yeast,sugar,cooking fat and mix it evenly.Add water and knead well to a dough.

Using a rolling pin flatten the kneaded dough and cut into shapes and keep aside in aside for 15 to 20 mins.

Deep fry to give a light colour.

Coat using the sugar syrup.You can make sugar syrup by heating one cup of sugar with 1/4 cup of water and the ground cardamon.
