In a medium mixing bowl put all pakudas ingredients and add some little water mix it properly

Now take a medium size portion then drop in hot oil and deep frying until becomes crispy and golden brown colour on medium to high heat.

Now transfer then kitchen tissue paper keep it aside. Make these process all fritters.

Next heat the wok with 3tbsp mustard oil add all tempering ingredients stir it 1 to 2 min.

Add onion saute till it becomes translucent and nice brown in colour then add tomatoes and all given spices, ginger and garlic paste, to taste mix it properly on low heat.

Cover and cook until it becomes spices leaves till oil and combine together then add 1and half glass water, bring the gravy to a simmer for 4 to 5 min on medium heat.

Add fried fritters again simmer it for 2 to 3 min on low heat now lastly sprinkle meat masala powder and chopped fresh coriander leaves mix it nicely then reduce the flame.

Serve it with chapati and enjoy.
