Ingredients

  • 2 cupsflour
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 2 tspbaking soda
  • 3/4 cupscocoa powder
  • 2 cupssugar
  • 1 cupCanola oil
  • 2eggs
  • 1 tspVanilla
  • 1 cuphot coffee
  • 1 cupbutter milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Pre- heat oven at 175°

  2. 2

    In a large bowl whisk dry ingredients together

  3. 3

    Add coffee,oil and butter milk and mix well till combined

  4. 4

    Add eggs a mix for two minutes

  5. 5

    Pour butter into 2 greased and floured 9 inch round baking tin

  6. 6

    Bake for 30 minutes
