Steps

Wash and Chopped spinach, chopped green chilies, cut slice onion & wash and soaked rice

Heat oil in a pressure cooker add half slice onion when it's turn brown add mutton

Now add ginger garlic paste saute well

Add all the spices along with spinach and green chilli add little water and pressure cooked till mutton becomes soft and tender

Release steam saute till oil floats above.. now remove this oil from a cooker and keep a side.

Now transfer mutton spinach mixture in a pot or vessel.. add 12 cup of water (double of rice)

When it's come to boiled add rice in it (strain rice from soak water).

When it's boil and 80% water evaporates then slow the flame and cooked till rice become soft.

Now heat that oil(mentioned in a 5th point) add remaining onion saute till brown..

Now pour this tadka on rice.. mix it and serve with raita
