Chola dum biryani mildly spiced and delicious dum cooked layered chhola biryani.
This chhola dum biryani recipe is very different than any chhoa biryani recipe must have seen or read. Here I have just marinated the chhola, layered with cooked rice and then dum cooked. So no gravy is made before
Chhola biryani recipe.
The chhola biryani is mild and delicately flavored. so not spicy or hot. Serve chhola biryani with raita like an carrot-onion-tomato raita
