  • گلاب جامن کا بیٹر
  • 50گرام سوجی
  • 30ملی لیٹر پانی
  • 170ملی لیٹر دودھ
  • 50گرام گھی
  • 300گرام ملک پاوڈر
  • 1/2ٹی اسپون بھر کے سوڈا
  • 80گرام میدہ
  • 1/2ٹی اسپون جائفل جاوتری پاوڈر
  • گھی ڈیپ فرائنگ کےلیئے
  • شیرہ
  • ایک کلو چینی
  • 750ملی لیٹر پانی
  • 3-4الائچی
  • آدھا لیموں سلائس میں کٹا

    سب سے پہلے سوجی کو پانی میں بھگو کر رکھ دیں

  2. 2

    دودھ گرم کریں ابال آئے تو چولہا بند کر کے گھی ڈال کر رکھ دیں

  3. 3

    جب ٹھنڈا ہو تو اسمیں بھیگی سوجی اور ملک پاوڈر مکس کر کے فریزر میں رکھ دیں

  4. 4

    اس دوران شیرہ بنا لیں جسکے لیئے شیرے کے تمام اجزاء چمچ ہلاتے ہوئےپکائیں کہ چینی حل ہو جائے پھر اسکو چھان لیں

  5. 5

    آدھے گھنٹے بعد مکسچر کو فریزر سے نکالیں اور اسمیں بقیہ اجزاء مکس کر کے ہتھیلی سے مسل مسل کر رگڑیں پھر پنگ پانگ بال کی سائز سے تھوڑے چھوٹے بالز بنا کر گھی میں ہلا ہلا کر فرائی کر لیں ایک جییسے کلر کے فرائی کرتی جائیں اور نیم گرم شیرے میں ڈالتی جائیں
