First marinate chicken. Apply lemon juice to chicken and set aside for 30 mins. Then add bbq masala, salt, oil, garlic ginger paste and mix well. Set aside for 1 hour for marination.

On other hand in a pressure cooker add water and let it come to boil then add ginger garlic, green chillies, tomatoes and small cut onions in it. Keep it on weight for 8-10 mins. Then off the flame and let steam evaporate.

Open the cooker and cook masala until it forms a thick smooth paste.

Add oil to a sauce pan and fry the marinated chicken until it's tender.

Add the oil to the cooked masala and cook masala for some time. Then add turmeric powder in it. And cook for 2 mins.

Then add all chicken in it and cook well I til the colour of masala changes to brown. And oil starts getting separate.

After this boil the rice. In boiling water add some oil, salt to taste, green chillies, mint leaves and then add rice. At then end add yellow colour and boil rice u too they are done.

Pour the rice in a seive to remove excess water.

Add some rice in the dixy to form a layer on surface then add one layer of chicken.. then again add some rice then chicken then again rice on top. It will form a layered biryani.

Take a piece of coal and heat it on flame for 2-3 minutes. Then Put it in an aluminum paper of mold and spray some oil on it and place it in the dixy on top of rice and cover the dixy with cover.

Let the rice get steamed and coal smelled for about 10 minutes at low flame.

After 10 minutes turn of the flame and let biryani as it is for another 10 mins.

After this open the cover remove coal and the BBQ Biryani is ready to serve and eat.
