Ingredients

2 hour
  1. Whole packet Japanese curry mix
  2. 1Potato
  3. 1Carrot
  4. 1Onion
  5. 5Garlic
  6. Butter
  7. Chilli flake
  8. Curry powder
  9. Soy sauce
  10. Curry powder
  11. Garam masala
  12. Shiitake
  13. Dashi
  14. 1 lwater
  15. 1 packetBeef stock
  16. Optional (Kakushi aji)
  17. Tomato paste / ketchup
  18. 80% dark chocolate

Cooking Instructions

    Boil water with all dashi ingredients for 15 minutes, set aside

  2. 2

    Cut potatoes, onion & carrot into bite sized

  3. 3

    Sear onion with butter, add garlic, then the rest of the vegs

  4. 4

    After all the onions caramelised and the vegs seared, add the dashi. Boil for 30 minutes

  5. 5

    After all the ingredients cooked, add the curry mix, curry powder, chili flake, soy sauce and kakushi aji if wanted. Simmer for 10-15 minutes

  6. 6

    Serve while hot
