First boil the peas with some salt. Cool it and grind it with green chilli and ginger to a coarse paste. Now add grated potato, grated paneer, bread crumbs, onion, capsicum and carrot. Mix it well. Now add all spices and make like a dough.

For stuffing mix paneer, carrot, cashew and raisins. Add chaat masala to it.

Take small portion of this dough and flatten it on palm. Keep some stuffing in the center and make a tikki. Now deep fry or shallow fry it.Yummy healthy tikki is ready to serve.
