1 bowlflattened rice
1medium sized finely chopped onion
2chopped green chilly
1/2 cupmixture
2 tsppickles oil
1 tspblack salt
1/2 tspchaat masala powder
1/2 tsproasted cumin seeds
1/4 tspchilly powder
1 tsplemon juice

Heat a pan and dry roast flattened rice until it becomes crispy.

In a bowl take all ingredients and mix well altogether.

Jhaal Poha is ready to serve.its a very quick,tasty and easy making tea-time snack.
