Soak moong and moong daal for 4 to 5 hrs... After 5 hrs. Wash and drain water from moong daal

Now grind moong daal.. Also wash and drain green moong.. And gri the it in grinder

Now mix both the daal in mixing bowl add chilli garlic paste than add red chilli powder turmeric powder cummin seeds ajwain and salt

Now mix the batter properly and keep it rest for 5 to 10 mins.. Later brush up pan with oil.. Than add two to three spoons of batter in pan

Now pat the batter with hand slowly slowly before that turn flame into slow.. Evenly pat and spread batter with hand from all sides

After spreading batter with hand.. Let it cook on slow or medium flame.as it turns golden brown flap the thali peeth.. And cook it from both sides till it get golden brown... As it gets cooked properly serve it with tomato sauce and enjoy 😊
