Ingredients

  1. 2tomatoes
  2. 1 clovegarlic
  3. 1" root ginger
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1 tspjaggery
  6. Pinchcinnamon powder
  7. Abit of red chilli powder
  8. Chopped dhania

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the tomatoes,peel the garlic,ginger. Roast these over a gas top

  2. 2

    Once done,peel the tomatoes,chop finely.Also the garlic chop it finely. Then grate the ginger & add it.

  3. 3

    In a bowl mix all the ingredients & the chutney is ready
